 Follow these simple steps for a seamless application:

Surface Preparation:

• Apply QUARTZ PRIMER on the surface. Allow it to dry completely for 4-5 hours.

Mixing CORROSIA PATINA:

• In an empty plastic container, pour water (30-35% of the dry product weight). Add the dry product and stir until smooth. Enhance the oxidation reaction by adding a small amount of CORROSIA ACTIVATOR (approximately 2.5 ml per 1 kg of the dry mixture). Apply immediately or within 48 hours for a more vibrant oxidation effect.
  Note: Store the diluted mixture in a sealed container in a dark, dry place at around +20°C.

Application:

• Apply the mixture in a single layer using your preferred paint tool – a stainless steel plastering trowel, brush, or roller – depending on the desired effect and texture.

CORROSIA ACTIVATOR Application:

• Spray CORROSIA ACTIVATOR immediately after applying the PATINA base. Spread it evenly with a stainless steel plastering trowel. For a more intense effect, re-spray the activator after 30-40 minutes. Allow the surface to dry completely (48 hours).

Protective Layer with VINTAGE Velatura:

• Use VINTAGE velatura as a protective layer. Apply it with a brush or roller and let it dry completely. Surface stabilisation is achieved in 21 days.

Complex Multilayer Effect:

• Achieve a sophisticated multilayer effect by applying CORROSIA RUST and CORROSIA PATINA sequentially, with VINTAGE velatura acting as a barrier between the bases.
